Shipping Policy – Covers Studio

At Covers Studio, we specialize in delivering custom-made songs for any occasion. Most of our products are digital and sent directly to your inbox. For optional physical formats (USB key, CD, or gift box), delivery is handled from our base in the United States.

DIGITAL DELIVERY (Personalized Songs)

  1. Delivery method: By email (downloadable MP3)
  2. Delivery time: Within 24 to 48 hours after order confirmation
  3. You’ll receive a confirmation email with a download link once your custom song is ready.
  4. If you do not receive your file within this time frame, please check your spam or promotions folder or contact us directly at contact@coversstudio.com

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (If Selected)

For customers who choose to receive their song on a USB drive, CD, or physical gift package, we ship from the United States using secure and trackable carriers.

Processing time: 24 to 48 hours after your song is finalized

Delivery time (US & International): Usually between 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location

Shipping fees: Displayed during checkout (standard shipping may be free depending on promotions or destination)

You will receive a tracking number once your package has been shipped.

DELIVERY CONDITIONS

Physical items are delivered directly to the address you provided.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order.

If you’ve experienced issues with home mailbox theft, consider using a collection point or alternative secure address.

In case of absence during delivery, a notice may be left by the carrier with pickup instructions.

DELIVERY ISSUES

Covers Studio guarantees delivery of both digital and physical orders.
If you do not receive your item within the expected timeframe:

Contact us within 7 days of your estimated delivery date contact@coversstudio.com

For physical items, if the package is lost or damaged during shipping, we will resend it at no cost.

For digital items, we will resend or adjust the delivery immediately after validation.
