At Covers Studio, customer satisfaction is our priority. Each song we create is 100% custom-made, based on your story, your emotions, and your specific instructions. As our products are digital and personalized, our policies are designed to ensure fairness, transparency, and the highest quality of service.

🎵 Modification Policy

We offer free revisions under the following conditions:

  • The modification request is made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The requested changes fall within the scope of the original instructions (e.g., no complete rewrites or entirely new themes).

To request a revision, simply reply to the delivery email or contact us at contact@coversstudio.com with your feedback.

💳 Refund Policy – Digital Products

Due to the personalized and intangible nature of our digital products, refunds are generally not applicable once a song has been created and delivered.

However, if you are not satisfied with the result, you may contact us within 7 days of receiving your song. Our team will review your request and may offer:

  • Adjustments or corrections to your song
  • A partial refund (in rare and exceptional cases)

⚠️ No refund or revision requests will be accepted after the 7-day window.

📦 Physical Products (if applicable)

If your order includes a physical product (e.g., USB drive, CD) and it arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no cost. To qualify:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide a clear photo of the damaged item via email
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was incorrect or damaged upon arrival

💰 Refunds (if approved)

If a refund is granted, it will be processed within 7 business days and issued to your original payment method (PayPal or credit card). Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
