Covers Studio creates custom-made digital songs based on your unique input. Products include:

  • Digital Products: Custom songs delivered as downloadable files (MP3, WAV).
  • Physical Products (optional): USB drives, CDs, or personalized gift packaging.

Digital products are delivered via email. Physical items are shipped from our U.S. facility.

2. Order Process

To place an order, you must complete the checkout process with accurate and up-to-date personal and payment information. By submitting an order, you confirm that:

  • You are legally authorized to make a purchase.
  • You agree to these Terms.

3. Payment

Payment must be completed before any order is processed. We accept major payment methods, including credit cards and PayPal, through secure third-party payment gateways.

4. Delivery

  • Digital Products: Delivered via email within 24–48 hours after order confirmation.
  • Physical Products: Shipped within 24–48 hours; delivery time is typically 2–7 business days depending on the destination. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Digital Products: Due to their personalized and non-returnable nature, digital products are non-refundable once delivered. If you are not satisfied, you may request modifications within 7 days. See our Return Policy for full details.
  • Physical Products: Returns accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided items are unused and in original condition. Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense, except for incorrect or defective items.
